A small and growing distribution company in Monticello, NY is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our team. This role involves accurately picking products, packing orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This is a steady weekday position with consistent hours.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are required.Key Responsibilities

Pick products using a picking slip and locate items throughout warehouse aisles

Pack items accurately into boxes and prepare orders for shipment

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Keep work areas clean and organized

Contact customers by phone to notify them when orders are ready for pickup

Use a customized computer system to process and track orders

Assist with general warehouse tasks as neededRequirements

Bilingual in Spanish required

Prior picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer skills required

Forklift knowledge is a plus (not required)

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructionsWhat We Offer
