Senior .NET Developer - Arkansas

The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for managing the design, development, and support of complex .NET solutions for a variety of state government business needs.

On-Site Day 1 Hybrid Eligible Arkansas Required

Candidate must reside or relocate to Arkansas to be on-site Day 1. Initial work will be fully on-site until performance is proven, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week.

This position will work in a collaborative team environment with design guidance and oversight, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and development of coding standards. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level development skills using the .NET framework.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms applications

Maintain and enhance existing application code

Perform and participate in design and code reviews

Identify technical risks and recommend best practices

Meet with stakeholders and manage project expectations Qualifications

Expert experience in C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET

Strong proficiency in CSS, jQuery, and web design

Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher

Expert-level experience with modern web application architecture trends

Expert knowledge of Web Services, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
