Position Type: Temp-to-hire, full-time
Description: Riverside company is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, payroll (for company and susidiary), benefits, employee relations and other relevant tasks for a small manufacturer.
Position Requires: A minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist, a Bachelor degree in HR, Business or other closely related field. Strong communication and employee relations skills, along with a strong attention to detail are a must. The selected candidate would work an adjusted workweek (4 - 10's), M-Th.
