Job Description

Press Brake Operator — Full Time Pay: $30.00 – $38.00/hr Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

IntelliFEED, Inc. designs and manufactures high-speed packaging automation equipment. We're a small, hands-on team located in Rosemount, MN — just minutes from St. Paul. This is a direct hire position, not an agency listing.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced press brake operator to join our first shift production team. You'll be setting up and running our press brake to produce precision sheet metal parts that go directly into our machines.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate the press brake to bend, form, and straighten metal sheet to print

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Inspect finished parts using calipers and other hand tools to verify dimensions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work with the production team to keep things moving efficiently

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

Prior press brake experience required

Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes

Ability to read blueprints and basic engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and good measurement math skills

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

Physical requirements

Standing for most of the shift

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
