Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

Deliver culturally competent and age-specific nursing care

Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery

Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication standards

Adhere to nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and state nursing regulations

Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications

Diploma in Nursing required

Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License

Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical assessment skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical settingPreferred Qualifications

BSN preferred

Previous Medical-Surgical or General Surgery experience preferred
