We are lookinig for dedicated and responsible line cooks for the upcoming season. In this role you will be responsible for preparing country style buffet entrees and sides as well as make to order dished from our menu. Your energy and culinary expertise will contribute to creating an inviting dining experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills, culinary creativity, and commitment to food safety in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling stations and storage

Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations

Support catering and special event meal preparations as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and efficient workflow

Handle food with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize flavor and presentationSkills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or culinary setting

Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices

Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations

Demonstrated proficiency in knife skills and cooking techniques for diverse cuisines

Background in dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus

Fine dining experience is highly desirable for maintaining elevated standards of presentation
