Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating company databases, and ensuring all information is processed efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

Input and update data into company systems and databases

Review records for accuracy and completeness

Correct data inconsistencies and maintain organized files

Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation as required

Handle confidential company information with professionalism

Perform routine record checks and data verification tasks

Maintain digital filing systems and organize documentation

Provide administrative and clerical assistance when needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

Previous experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative work preferred

Fast and accurate typing skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting tools

Basic administrative or customer service experience

Knowledge of remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
