Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to company leadership. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling executive tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments

Coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

Handle emails, phone calls, and business correspondence on behalf of executives

Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents

Organize and maintain digital files, records, and executive documents

Assist with project coordination and daily operational activities

Conduct research and compile information for executive review

Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important business activities

Provide administrative and personal support to executives as needed

Requirements

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of calendar management and travel coordination

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Familiarity with Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Teams

Work Schedule
