We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow company policies and customer service procedures
Assist customers with troubleshooting and general support
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems and help desk software
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Basic administrative or data entry experience
Familiarity with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
