Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our growing remote operations team. This role requires someone who is highly focused, dependable, and capable of managing large amounts of information with speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized records and ensuring company data remains accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
Input customer and business information into internal systems
Update, track, and maintain electronic records and databases
Verify information accuracy and resolve inconsistencies when necessary
Sort, organize, and manage digital files and documents
Generate reports and assist with record management tasks
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information
Perform routine quality checks on entered data
Support administrative departments with clerical duties
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support preferred
Strong computer and typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
Preferred Qualifications
