Here’s more about the Position:

You are responsible for taking the Foreman’s lead and bringing to life the Designer and Customer’s vision from a 3D Design into a turn-key project. Although this may sound challenging, it also brings great rewards. There is nothing like taking a customer’s dreams and making them a reality; truly a transformational experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Following along with Foreman to implement details from scaled drawings of Landscape & Outdoor Living projects.

· Daily communication of job-related things with foremen.

· Effectively manage time and workload.

· Effectively communicate written and verbally with foreman.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· General construction, materials, and tools knowledge.

· Handle adversity and challenges.

· Service driven and team oriented.

· Customer centered and focused.

· Performing variety of physical tasks / manual labor in order to assist with completion of projects: Landscaping, Walls, Patios, Irrigation, and Lighting.

· MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID LICENSE, but CDL is not required.

· Capable of driving fully loaded dump truck and pulling equipment trailer.

· Have experience running equipment such as Bobcat, Excavator, Dingo, etc.

· Landscape experience preferred.
