Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring Behavioral Therapists to provide 1:1 support to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.

No ABA experience? No problem. We provide paid training and RBT certification support.

This is an entry-level opportunity with real career growth—but it is a demanding role that requires patience, consistency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children with autism

Implement behavior intervention plans

Collect session data accurately

Communicate with families and supervisors

Maintain professionalism in challenging situations

Requirements

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Strong communication skills

Dependable and motivated

Comfortable working in home, school, or clinic settings

Preferred:

ABA experience or coursework in psychology, education, or related fields

Available Shifts around Harbor City or surrounding cities!
