Software Engineer (495166)

Responsible for designing and developing software components for multi-cloud Kubernetes management, ensuring software quality through testing, validation, and continuous improvements, assisting in active troubleshooting and resolution of customer-reported issues. Build and maintain control-plane operators to manage cluster lifecycle and configuration, develop and integrate cloud-specific drivers to support SaaS and on-prem deployments, and collaborate with peers across the stack to deliver end-to-end functionality. Write unit tests with high coverage using Go testing frameworks and contribute integration and end-to-end tests to validate system behavior. Support ongoing quality efforts by identifying and addressing test gaps, reproduce failure scenarios in controlled environments to pinpoint bugs, and analyze production logs and database records to help identify and diagnose problems. Develop and implement timely patches for critical customer issues in collaboration with senior members of the engineering team.

MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related plus experience or university coursework in modern programming languages such as GoLang, Java, or Python; in relational databases (SQL) or non relational databases (NoSqL); core principles and applications of Data Structures and Algorithms; cloud computing platforms; and computer networking and security principles.

OR

BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related plus 2 years experience in modern programming languages such as GoLang, Java, or Python; in relational databases (SQL) or non relational databases (NoSqL); core principles and applications of Data Structures and Algorithms; cloud computing platforms; and computer networking and security principles.
