Finance Officer

RMS Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Finance Officer to join a busy team based with a client in Shildon on an ongoing temporary basis. This is for an immediate start.

Pay Rate: £18.85 per hour

Contract: Ongoing Temporary Role (Approx. 8 Weeks)

Working Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 8:30AM – 4:30PM and Wednesday: 8:30AM – 12:30PM

Key Responsibilities

Processing invoices accurately and efficiently

Managing payroll duties

Using SAGE 50 for finance administration tasks

Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records

Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day administration

About You:

Previous experience in a Finance Officer or similar finance role

Strong working knowledge of SAGE 50

Experience processing payroll and invoices

Good attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
