Facilities Technician

What You'll Do: Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Coordinator, the ideal candidate for this position will perform a variety of tasks that are consistent with various building systems preventative maintenance.

Knowledge of fountain or pool maintenance, painting, drywall installation, small appliance repair, carpentry and plumbing are a plus.

Basic electrical and HVAC training are desirable.

We offer our Facilities Technician first-hand training for new skills to be utilized while on the job-training as well.

Most importantly, the ideal candidate is a team player with the desire to continue acquiring new skills.

What we're looking for: * Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

* 3-5 years Maintenance or building trades experience.

* Ability to work under limited supervision.

* General knowledge of common equipment and tools including use of electrical meter(s). * A valid Ohio driver's license.

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or team lift to 100 pounds.

* Ability to occasionally work in various outdoor weather conditions.
