Responsibilities
Engage with vetted, warm leads provided daily.
Conduct needs-based conversations to match clients with the right insurance products.
Build, present, and close insurance quotes (auto, home, life, business, etc.).
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records.Offer guidance and support to sales representatives as needed.
Provide insight to leadership about team needs, performance trends, and lead quality.
Help foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented sales culture.
Lead by example in professionalism, consistency, and client care.
Requirements
Proven success in sales; insurance experience a plus.
