We’re seeking a skilled, dependable Painter to join our tight-knit team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, looks out for their coworkers, and treats safety as a top priority on every job site.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming

Apply paint, stains, and finishes to interior and/or exterior surfaces

Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and job-site requirements

Properly use and maintain PPE, ladders, and equipment

Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas

Work closely with teammates to complete projects efficiently and safely

Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free

Requirements:

Prior painting experience preferred (residential and/or commercial)

Strong understanding of painting tools, materials, and techniques

Proven commitment to job-site safety and safe work practices

Team-oriented attitude — we look out for one another

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to lift equipment and work on ladders or scaffolding
