Work Location: In personCompany Description

I'm a solo practitioner based in New Jersey, focusing primarily on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and general negligence claims. I also handle workers' compensation, criminal defense and municipal defense matters. As caseloads grow, I’m looking for reliable in-person support to assist with document drafting, discovery, and other litigation tasks.

This is a high-responsibility, high-trust role within a fast-paced personal injury practice. We are a growing firm that values individuals who can think critically, manage their own workload, and take ownership of their cases from intake through litigation support.

We do not micromanage. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, making sound decisions, and proactively identifying what needs to be done next—without waiting for step-by-step instruction.

You will be part of a team where your work directly impacts client outcomes. We value accuracy, accountability, and initiative over constant supervision.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than an administrative position—you will be actively involved in case progression, client communication, and litigation support in a high-volume environment where no two days are the same.

We invest in strong team members and expect a high standard of performance, attention to detail, and professional judgment in return.
