We’re currently seeking a Program Supervisor who wants more than just additional hours. This is an opportunity to receive mentorship, build confidence, and be part of a team that genuinely supports your professional development.

Position Details:

Fully remote

5–10 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours

$25–$28 per hour

Flexible schedule

What You’ll Do:

Assist with ABA report writing and goal development

Support parent training and caregiver collaboration

Help with case supervision and clinical problem-solving

Learn how to design effective programs that create meaningful outcomes

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or currently enrolled in a master’s program

Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience

Must reside in California

Must be able to pass a background check
