Salary/Payrate: $70-90K Depending on experience annually with bonus and AWESOME benefits!

Medical Malpractice Paralegal (Defense)
Atlanta, GA (Brookhaven area, fully onsite)
Billable requirement: 120 hours per month (approx. 6 hours per day)
A well-established litigation firm in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, and take ownership of their cases from day one.

Please Note: Experience independently tracking and billing time for work performed is required.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support a team of attorneys with medical malpractice litigation matters from intake through resolution
Review, analyze, and organize medical records to identify key details and case direction
Coordinate with medical professionals, including nurses, to support case development
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain detailed logs and follow-ups
Assist with document production, including redactions and Bates numbering
Prepare and organize materials for discovery and trial
Handle shifting priorities and urgent requests in a high-demand environment
Accurately track and bill time throughout the day across multiple tasks
What They’re Looking For
Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, with medical malpractice strongly preferred
Ability to independently review records and understand what is happening in a case
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys at once
