Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and design-driven Project Manager to oversee luxury residential, hospitality, and select commercial projects from concept through completion. This is a leadership role for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and confident in managing multiple projects independently while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, accountability, and design excellence.

The Project Manager will work closely with the principal designer, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure every project is executed seamlessly while protecting the company’s design vision and elevated client experience.

Duties

Manage multiple interior design projects from initial concept to final installation

Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, vendors, and trades throughout all project phases

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Oversee ordering, procurement, and tracking of furnishings, materials, and finishes

Conduct site visits, job walks, and installation coordination

Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

Manage financial operations including budgeting, estimates, invoicing, accounts payable/receiveable and real-time cost tracking

Resolve field issues, revisions, contractor questions, and project challenges proactively

Support client communication and maintain a polished, high-level client experience

Track client decisions, approvals, and design sign-offs to ensure clear documentation and project progression

Skills

Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and scheduling

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage multiple active projects simultaneously

Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with Houzz Pro, Studio Designer, QuickBooks, or comparable project management systems

Valid driver’s license and availability for site visits and installations

Management, Construction, or Interior Design degree preferred
