As our Practice Manager, you’ll:

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient experiences.

️ ️ Lead, coach, and develop a talented care team.

Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to keep things running smoothly.

Drive process improvement initiatives that elevate performance and patient satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and admin leaders to support outstanding healthcare delivery Who You Are

You’re a confident, compassionate, and organized professional who loves to make a difference — both for your team and your patients!

You bring:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education + experience)

5–10 years of experience in healthcare management or operations

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

️ Knowledge of healthcare compliance, workflow optimization, and project management

A proactive mindset — you don’t just identify problems, you solve them!
