Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Sr. Associate to join the team at the New Albany, Ohio location. Key Responsibilities:
Execute GDP/GMP and business processes within GD America's Hub with minimal supervision.
Manage outbound and inbound distribution schedules, ensuring priority and accuracy.
Oversee processes related to distribution, including creating shipping documents, booking couriers, and managing shipping supplies.
Track and manage distribution budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to support area management decision-making.
Create, review, and update training materials related to GD America's Hub operations.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and relevant business documentation.
Provide training and onboarding to new staff members.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to identify, develop, and implement process improvements.
Support deviation management, CAPAs, root cause analysis, and change control activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of work or military experience.
OR an Associateâ s degree with at least 6 months of work or military experience.
OR a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business with 2 years of relevant experience.
OR a Masterâ s degree.
Fluency in English, both oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
