Job description*:

"Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent focusing on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Strong experience with C# and .NET Core (Experiences with developing Plan and run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive and within timeboxes

Coaching team members in self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile practices

Assisting with product backlog management, refinement, and ensuring a clear, concise understanding of goals

Promoting a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation, often using tools like burndown charts to track progress

Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is refined and prioritized, and monitor velocity/burn-down charts to ensure predictable delivery

Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and .NET application development"
