Our client is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach to financial reporting and operational analysis. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including finance, sales, and operations, and contribute to our dynamic and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to create dashboards, forecasts, and sales performance reports that support business decisions.

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel techniques to manage and interpret large datasets effectively.

• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to address cross-functional challenges and improve processes.

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

• Maintain clear and precise communication with stakeholders across various departments.

• Assist in the development and refinement of performance metrics and reporting standards.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.

• Support the implementation or transition to new systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and other related platforms.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis tasks.

• Contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture while driving continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or another relevant business or technical discipline.

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in finance, operations, or a related analytical function.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or Python.

• Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and the ability to apply financial reasoning to real-world business decisions.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, perform effectively under deadlines, and maintain a high standard of service and conduct.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
