Qualification: B.Arch/M.Arch

Location: Hyderabad (Hyderguda/Gachibowli)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design development for residential and commercial projects

- Client interaction and requirement analysis

- Preparation of design concepts and presentations

- Coordination with civil, structural, and interior teams

- Site supervision and quality monitoring

- GHMC approvals and documentation

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit

- Strong design and visualization skills

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Client presentation skills

- Site execution experience
