ServiceNow Developer – Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management (HALM):

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management (HALM) to design, develop, and enhance asset management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

The role focuses on configuring, customizing, and integrating HALM capabilities to support end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes across enterprise environments.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HALM solutions across the hardware lifecycle

• Configure and customize ITAM / HAM Pro modules including:

o Asset models, lifecycle workflows, and asset states

o Procurement, receiving, deployment, refresh, and disposal processes

• Develop and maintain:

o Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies

o Flow Designer workflows and approvals

• Integrate ServiceNow HALM with external systems (procurement, discovery, SCCM/Intune, etc.)

• Configure ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB ingestion for hardware assets

• Support asset normalization, reconciliation, and compliance reporting

• Build asset dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and audit needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Support platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HALM functionality and integrations

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards

️ #Mandatory Skills & Technical Expertise:

Core Skills (Mandatory):

• ServiceNow Development – 4–6 years

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

o ServiceNow ITSM

• ServiceNow scripting:

o JavaScript

o Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes

• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor

• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM concepts, and asset relationships
