Store Associate - Packer

Job Description

Mail It All is a locally owned pack-and-ship store serving the Purcellville community. We’re looking for a dependable Back of House Packer to join our team and help ensure our customers’ items are packed safely and professionally.

Position Details

Pay: $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Part-time or full-time available

Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older

What You’ll Do

Professionally pack items for shipment using carrier-approved materials

Prepare boxes, cushioning, and protective packaging for fragile and high-value items

Work efficiently behind the scenes to support front-of-house staff

Maintain a clean, organized packing area

Follow packing guidelines and quality standards to minimize damage claims

What We’re Looking For

Previous packing or shipping experience is a plus

Willingness to train the right person who learns quickly and pays attention to detail

Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
