Job description*:
Experienced project manager responsible for planning, executing, and governing multi team delivery spanning Data Engineering, Full Stack, and AI/ML powered systems.
Oversees end to end delivery of features involving data pipelines, GenAI/LLM integrations, segmentation/NBA workflows, and UI/API development.
Manages cross functional stakeholders, defines roadmaps, aligns sprint goals, tracks KPIs, mitigates delivery risks, and ensures compliance (SSO, security, data governance).
Leads offshore/onshore coordination while ensuring predictable execution, quality, and successful adoption of agentic AI capabilities.
• Define guardrails for AI/ML usage and validate responsible AI outputs.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, data risks, and tech risks—and execute mitigation plans.
#Roles and responsibilities:
#Program & Delivery Leadership:
• Lead end to end planning, execution, and governance of multi team delivery across Data Engineering, Full Stack, and AI/ML/GenAI domains.
• Drive delivery of complex features involving data pipelines, LLM integrations, segmentation/NBA workflows, and UI/API development.
• Define delivery strategies, timelines, release plans, and execution models aligned with business goals.
Cross Functional Coordination
• Coordinate seamlessly across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment, productivity, and predictable delivery.
• Facilitate collaboration between Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, AI/ML teams, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and business leadership to ensure clarity and continuous alignment.
Roadmap & Sprint Governance
• Define and maintain the project roadmap, sequencing workstreams and managing dependencies.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, align sprint goals with roadmap outcomes, and ensure on time, high quality delivery.
• Track capacity, resource allocation, and workload balancing across teams.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
• Identify delivery, technical, data, and compliance risks early; build mitigation and contingency plans.
• Remove blockers proactively, ensuring smooth progress across multi disciplinary teams.
