The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.
Duties:
Support cash management and weekly ap for corporate side
Support month-end close including journal entries, general ledger, account reconciliations, calculations
Bi-weekly payroll journal entries and ACH collections
Credit card and expense tracking
Huge volume of bill backs
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree always preferred
2+ years of accounting experience
Banking experience a huge plus
Prior multifamily property experience always preferred or construction, real estate
Cash management experience highly preferred
Problem solving, analytical, strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills
