An exceptional opportunity has opened for an Executive Chef to lead the launch of a landmark luxury restaurant in Philadelphia. This flagship opening is set to be one of the most exciting concepts to enter the market and is seeking a chef capable of operating at the very highest level.

We are open to exceptional international candidates and are able to provide relocation support for the right individual. Strong experience in authentic Italian cuisine is highly advantageous, given the culinary direction of the concept.

This role is suited to a proven culinary leader with the ability to drive excellence in a high-performance, high-visibility environment. Leading a large brigade within a premium, high-volume operation, you will be responsible for setting standards, building culture, and delivering world-class execution every service.

The Role:

• Lead a major new restaurant opening at the luxury end of the market

• Oversee a large-scale culinary operation and senior kitchen leadership team

• Drive consistency, execution, training and culinary excellence

• Be a visible, hands-on leader in service and in the kitchen

Profile Sought:

Executive Chef experience in luxury, Michelin-level or destination dining

Strong brigade leadership within high-volume premium operations

Deep expertise in authentic Italian / Mediterranean cuisine

Exceptional standards, discipline and operational precision
