Responsibilities
Lead investigations and/or act as integral part of formal investigations
Review, organize, and analyze data, providing recommendations and solutions to management based on business knowledge
Work directly with management on RIFs and terminations
Partner directly with management to resolve disciplinary actions, including written warnings and performance improvement plans
Collaborate in the development of organizational talent by actively participating in annual talent assessments, talent reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and salary planning relative to client group
Qualifications
7+ years of HR Business Partner and/or Employee Relations experience
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
