What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Manage the end-to-end process of applying transferred money to new incoming annuity contracts.

Ensure all transfers adhere strictly to state, federal, and internal compliance regulations.

Process Life Operation Annuity setups accurately and efficiently.

Proactively handle follow-up calls and emails with relinquishing companies to ensure timely service.

Identify and follow up on any outstanding requirements or items necessary to complete the money transfer process.

What We're Looking For (Ideal Qualifications):

Experience in the financial services, insurance, or annuity industry is highly preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with internal and external partners.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

A passion for delivering high-quality, professional customer service.

Bachelor's degree candidates or those with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
