About the Opportunity:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its thriving Real Estate Practice Group in Houston. This partnership-track opportunity offers the chance to work alongside a collaborative team of more than 85 real estate attorneys across multiple offices on sophisticated, high-value transactions nationwide.
The role provides broad exposure to complex real estate matters, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures involving data centers, industrial, multi-family, office, and hospitality assets. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to build a long-term career within a dynamic and supportive practice.
Responsibilities:
• Handle sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple asset classes
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and development matters
• Work closely with clients, partners, and cross-office teams on national transactions
• Support joint venture and development projects from inception through closing
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction workflows
• Collaborate within a highly team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of real estate law firm experience
Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred
Strong drafting, writing, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent academic credentials required
Texas bar membership preferred, or ability to obtain within one year of employment

Compensation: $235,000 –$310,000 annually (based on experience and market factors), along with bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
