This contract opportunity, based onsite near Maple Park, IL, spans the academic year from August 10, 2026, through May 14, 2027, with work hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
As a dedicated school psychologist, you’ll manage a caseload of approximately 30 high school students, collaborating closely with educators and families to empower student success.
Qualifications:Active School Psychologist licensure for Illinois is requiredExperience working with high school students preferredStrong understanding of evaluation, assessment, and counseling practices within a school environmentAbility to work onsite and engage with students, staff, and families in personExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Responsibilities:Conduct psychological evaluations and re-evaluations for high school studentsCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)Provide crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and behavioral supportInterpret assessment data and offer recommendations for instructional and behavioral interventionsAttend and participate in multidisciplinary team meetingsSupport the emotional and social well-being of students through evidence-based practices This contract position offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives, shaping their academic and personal growth throughout the school year.
