Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with MEDHOST is required.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - In addition to meeting the unit experience requirements, work experience must reflect at least 12 months (1 year) of uninterrupted experience working in the same unit/specialty you’re applying to. - Must be comfortable independently working with NICU.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatric experience also acceptable.

Unit Details: - Provides cardiopulmonary services to both inpatients and outpatients. - Responsibilities include assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas, maintaining airways, ventilator management, insertion of arterial lines, intubations, pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
