Location: Lehigh Valley

Pay: $25–$45 per hour (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings

Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, air handlers, and ductwork

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation specifications

Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations

Perform startup, testing, system balancing, and final quality checks

Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments onsite

Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and project managers

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site

Qualifications

2+ years HVAC installation experience preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and system components

Experience with residential split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and mini-splits

Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

EPA Certification preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits
