Job Description
We are actively seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team! You will help with all aspects of project planning, permit expediting, construction estimating, scheduling and implementation.
Job Responsibilities include:
Manage all aspects of construction project, from initial planning to full implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Reimbursable travel to NJ job sites and NJ municipalities
Qualifications:
previous experience in construction management or another related field
familiarity with general computer software such as Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Smartsheet programs
Email management and Mobile phone knowledge is a must
Strong organizational skills required
Adaptability and quick learning
Deadline and detail-oriented
Blueprint knowledge, blueprint reading
Full-time
