### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for clients across industries. As a thought leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Define and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.

- Provide technical leadership in solution design, integration, data migration, and performance optimization.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration patterns.

- Oversee code reviews and mentor junior developers and admins.

- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, tools, and trends to drive innovation.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure quality and compliance with security standards.

- Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution architecture.

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development.

- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect (preferred).

- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL).

- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, web services).

- Proven ability to design complex data models, security models, and scalable solutions.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.

- Prior experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
