General Construction Laborer – Concrete, Asphalt &

Utilities (Immediate Hire)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with experience in concrete,

asphalt, and utility work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating

construction equipment and tools, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor

environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist with concrete and asphalt work, including pouring, leveling, finishing, patching,

and repairs

● Support utility installation and repair projects (water lines, sewer, drainage, etc.)

● Operate equipment such as:

Bobcat / Skid Steer

Walk-behind equipment

Hand-held concrete/asphalt saws

Plate compactors

● Perform site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling

● Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, safe job site

● Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

● Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time

Requirements

● Previous experience in construction, concrete, asphalt, or utility work REQUIRED

● Experience operating Bobcat/skid steer and small construction equipment

● Ability to safely use hand tools, saws, and compactors

● Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and perform manual labor for extended

periods

● Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

● Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with roadwork, trenching, or underground utilities

● Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
