The UPS Store is looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of tasks including shipping, printing, and packaging. Your primary duties will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. Being dependable and punctual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, and other retail needs.

• Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Offer product recommendations and services to meet customer needs.

• Ensure on-time attendance and punctuality at all shifts.

Always wear proper uniform/nametag no facial piercing or unapproved clothing.

No headphone or earpods. Cell phones out of customer sight

• Maintain a calm demeanor.

• Understand multi-tasking and speed of service.

• Charge all proper fees that are related to the transaction every time.

Requirements:

Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Lifting and carrying boxes weighing 50lbs

Working as a team

Always putting the customer first.

Must obtain a Notary License within 30 days of employment.

On-time attendance is mandatory.

Schedule personal days and appointments on your off time.

Highly disciplined with a passion for customer service.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Additional Information:

Pay starting at $13.50/hr for training

$15.50 for GEORGIA Notary. We will reimburse you the cost of the Notary Certificate and purchase your Notary stamp if employed and qualified after 90 days.
