Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and email correspondence
• Support CRM updates and client records
• Coordinate meetings and administrative tasks
• Handle customer follow-up communication
• Support social media or digital admin functions when needed
• Assist leadership with daily productivity tasks
Qualifications:
• Strong administrative or assistant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong time management and reliability
• Self-motivated remote work discipline
Compensation:
$45,000–$65,000 annually
