Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring effective communication, promptly responding to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers on a timely basis regarding order status, warranty coverage, and parts availability.
· Enter customer orders into Crown Seating systems, paying close attention to detailed specifications.
Utilize strong problem solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to achieve satisfactory resolutions to issues. Work effectively with senior management, production department, and the accounting department.
· Process customer returns, warranty replacements, and manage the customer demonstrator program.
· Conduct planning for trade shows, including booth registration, travel arrangements, shipping products to show locations, booth setup and teardown. Attend trade shows and represent Crown Seating in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
· Perform various office administration tasks.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
· Exceptionally customer-focused with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
· Willingness to remain flexible and adapt to change as we improve our processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks Accounting.
Experience with HubSpot software.
