Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
Support the Facilities Manager in conducting inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
Help maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.
