We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CNC Programmer who brings experience, enthusiasm, energy, decisiveness, and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll be tasked with creating and maintaining part programs for all CNC milling machines while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities
Act as the go-to expert for all CNC milling machine activities.
Collaborate with departments such as Tooling, Maintenance, Quality, and Operations.
Collect and analyze data pertinent to assignments.
Interpret data and recommend a course of action.
Provide occasional assistance on more complex assignments.
Assist in debugging new equipment, designs, processes, or procedures.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
3-5 years of machining and programming experience.
Proficiency in CNC programming and Mazatrol software.
Experience with CAD programs such as Creo.
Machining experience with CNC lathes, Bridgeports, etc.
Two-year degree in a manufacturing field of study.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with other CAD programs.
Familiarity with Mastercam, Solidworks, and other programming software.

Work Environment
This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Core working hours are between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
