Job Description

We are partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in the Columbus, OH to identify a Executive Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a medical leave. This assignment is expected to last approximately 2 months with an anticipated start date as early as next week following an in-person interview.

This role will support senior leaders, and is ideal for a polished administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level support role.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities for executive leadership

Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming calls, emails, and meeting requests

Prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings

Maintain organization of schedules, documents, and communications

Assist with general administrative support and special projects as needed

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for supported executivesQualifications

Prior experience supporting senior-level executives

Strong calendar management and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
