Freelance Material Planning Executive

Our client, an American multinational consumer products company, is looking to engage a Material Planning Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage packing material planning in alignment with the production plan to ensure uninterrupted availability.

Monitor inventory through physical stock counts, receipt tracking, and consumption analysis.

Handle receipt, unloading, segregation, storage, and labeling of packing materials as per GMP and SOP guidelines.

Coordinate with Sourcing and Quality teams for vendor management, rejected material returns, and discrepancy resolution.

Ensure packaging materials meet quality and compliance standards, including COA requirements.

Maintain documentation for material handling, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions.

Support warehouse operations and optimize storage bay management.

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to EHS and factory safety standards.

Train team members on material receipt procedures and warehouse best practices.

Utilize ERP systems (SAP) and Advanced Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
