Café Con Leche is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Hospitality Operations Coordinator to help support and streamline our growing restaurant operations.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, follows through consistently, and can help keep projects, events, communication, and operational tasks organized and moving forward.
We are looking for a strong coordinator who can help bridge the gap between ownership, management, marketing, catering, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational and administrative tasks
Help organize and execute restaurant events, catering, and promotions
Follow up on projects, deadlines, and operational initiatives
Assist with scheduling, communication, and team coordination
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Help maintain operational systems, organization, and accountability
Support management with documentation, reporting, and task tracking
Assist with marketing coordination, promotional timelines, and event preparation
Ensure operational details are finalized and communicated properly across departments
Help improve workflow, structure, and overall organization
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Proficient with email, spreadsheets, scheduling, and basic administrative systems
Positive attitude with a team-focused mindset
