Assistant Server/Food Runner/Busser Wheelhouse (Full-Time)

Job Title: Assistant Server/Busser - Rivers Casino Pittsburgh Job Description: Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and friendly Assistant Server/Busser to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities: * Bus tables and maintain side stations efficiently * Serve beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and water * Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism * Follow management's directives at all times * Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levels * Empty trash and stock bus carts as necessary * Return dirty tableware to the kitchen * Perform any other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: * Commitment to regular and punctual attendance * Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers * Successful completion of the pre-employment process * Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays Physical Requirements: * Capability to lift up to 40lbs and maneuver carts up to 75lbs through crowded areas * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift The above duties and responsibilities are representative.
