Collects and analyzes sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.

Also measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function.

RRT’s can work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, doctor’s offices, and clinics.Education/Requirements:\nAssociate Degree within specialty is required, some states also require the completion of a certificate program.

Valid state license required\n**12 Hr Shifts.
